Easily said than done but one thing you must consider in order to live a healthy life is acceptance. As you grew up and live your life day by day you would discover flaws in yourself, and you will find out there are things you just can’t change, especially physical flaws. You must accept and love yourself all the more, because it is who and what you are and you will need to live with it.
Never compare yourself to others. It is unhealthy to be comparing ourselves with others, that is where jealousy begin which is the root of all toxicity. You must take into consideration that in the first place nobody is perfect, but seldom when we look at others we refused to see their flaws and we only try to notice their edge among us. We should also do that to ourselves. We must live day by day looking and developing our strengths instead or mourning for what we lack.
